It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lindsey Blackwell of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph G. Blackwell and Rosemary Salyer Wadkins Blackwell; and his wife Yolando Velasco. He is survived by: his siblings, Jack Blackwell and Margaret Blackwell King; and his half-siblings, Ralph Wadkins (Rose), Tom Wadkins (Becky) and Carla Wadkins Callahan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and one great-great nephew.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to a charity of your choice.
