She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stephenson Spears (Bill) and Laura Lee Welsh (Lolly) of Catlettsburg, KY; her sister Rita Ann Spears Webb; and her nephew Jacob Austin Stewart. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Burns (Rachelle), Kevin Burns (Laura) and Stephen Burns; her grandchildren, Aeyla, Ethan and Jason Burns; and her siblings, Stephen Spears (Judy), Jan Michel (Morgan), Timothy Spears (Jeanna) and Deena Stewart (Terry). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Ashland Animal Rescue Fund, or the Boyd County Animal Shelter.
