She is survived by: her sons, James Perkins of Ashland and Josh Nelson of Ashland; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel James Perkins, Nathaniel Paul Perkins and Isabelle Dawn Nelson Ingram. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
