With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loraine Hendrix of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Irvine, Kentucky, who passed away on May 20, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fielder and Elsie Smithers Fielder; her husband Paul David Hendrix; her siblings, Blondena Billings, Mavis Ruth Tate, Barbra Fielder, Tom Fielder and Ed Fielder Donnie Fielder; and her son-in-law Jack Stacy.
She is survived by: her children, David Hendrix of Ashland, Lynn Berry of Ashland and Vickie Stacy of Ashland; her brother Gene Fielder (Roxanne) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Craig Berry (Diane), Michael Berry (Erica), Jason Stacy (Misty) and Elizabeth Stacy Terrell (John); and her great grandchildren, Devin Proffitt (Taylor), Salem Berry, Emily Berry, Derek Stacy, Delaney Stacy and Alistair Terrell. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
