She is survived by: her children, David Michael Green (Tara) of Lexington, KY, Kimberly Ann Carroll (Robert) of Humboldt, TN, Mary Lou Bowen (Virgil) of Ft. Gay, WV and Patricia Marie Volpe (Frederick) of Lexington, TN; her siblings, Darrell Bowling (Mary) of Catlettsburg, KY and Garnet Stapleton (Bill) of Louisville, KY; and her grandchildren, Joshua Green, Brittany Green, Morgan Green, John Delong, Jared Bowen, Ryan Carroll, Grace Carroll, Aiden Brett and Gabriel Green. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
