She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Payne and Francis Blair Payne; her husband Henry Presley; her daughter Stephanie Dawn Catera; and her sister Sheila Bontempo.

She is survived by: her brothers, Charles Payne (Norma Gillum) of Greenup, William Payne (Dana) of Ashland, John Payne (Angie) of Catlettsburg and Wayne Malone (Lori) of Catlettsburg; her grandsons, Jason Anders and Brandon Anders; and her great grandchild Avery K. Anders. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and good friends.
