He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Douglas Taylor, Sr. and Kathryn Buck Taylor; his grandson Jared Stacey Williams; his great grandchild Aiden Luther King; and his sisters, Mary Kathryn McConnell (Paul) and Anna Elizabeth Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Cumpston Taylor; his children, Terry Taylor (Valerie), Deana Taylor and Matthew Taylor (Crystal); his sister Paula Jane Taylor; and his grandchildren, Shane Williams, Luke Taylor, Madeline Taylor, Taylor Levering, Tatum Levering, Tia Levering (Corey Jones), Harrison Taylor, Minnie Isabella Taylor and Elijah Taylor. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
