He is survived by: his wife Brenda Spradlin Kelly of Ashland; his children, Lyndsey of Texas, Pamela of Ashland and Joshua of Texas; his brother Allen Kelly of Ashland; his aunt Sandra Kay Hensley of Ashland; his cousin Leroy Hensley; and his pet Harley Ray. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
