She was predeceased by: her parents, James G. Blair and Dorothy Kathern Wears Blair; and her siblings, James G. Blair, Donald Blair, Jo Ann Hart and Janet Blair.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Baier (Jason) of Ashland, Kelley Allesee (Chris) of Anderson Township and Amy Fogelman (Adam) of Amelia, Ohio; her sisters, Carol Morrison (James) of Ashland and Kris Abernathy (Brian) of Westwood; and her grandchildren, Isaac Baier, Emery Allesee, Julia Allesee, Anna Fogelman, Abby Fogelman and Allison Fogleman.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
