She was predeceased by: her former husband William Keith Mills; her husband Bill Marshall; her grandson Chadley M. Marshall; her sister Phoebe McCoy; and her brother-in-law Nick Mccoy.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Mills Wooten of Nicholasville, Kentucky, Keith "Butch" Mills (Toni) of Louisville, Kentucky, Kim Marshall (Julia) of Lexington, Kentucky and Kate Marshall Preston (Sean) of Ashland, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Lori Wooten, Kristen Maggard, Hannah Mills, Collin Mills, Joshua Marshall, Rowley Marshall and Grace Preston. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Salvation Army Chapel (2212 Carter Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
