She is survived by: her husband Bradley "Brad" Howard of Ashland, KY; her sons, Samuel Conley (Amber) of Ironton, OH and Jason Conley of Southpoint, OH; her grandchildren, Khloe, William and Julian; her father Ray Daniels; and her brothers, Arthur Ray Daniels of Ashland, KY and Nile France of Grayson, KY. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
