It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Miller of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on May 12, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Gregory Carter and Corbit Hudson; her son Linn David Miller; and her brothers, James Hudson, Richard Hudson and Martin Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Stephens (Dennis), Johnda Stambaugh (Mark), Ann Hayes (Rick) and Michael Miller (G. G.); her grandchildren, Chris, Wendi, Shelly, Isaac, Amy of Tara, J. D., Alisha, Matt, Kelly, Kayla, Jeremy, Troy, Noah and Colton; her siblings, Billy Ross Carter (Linda) and Sharon Reels (Tommy); and her sisters-in-law, Norma Hudson and Viola Hudson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to Community Hospice of Ashland, in honor of her giving spirit.
