She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Arthur and Buster Arthur; her siblings, Susan Mullins (Arthur), Kay McKenzie (Arthur) and William Arthur; and her nephew William McKenzie.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Charlene McKenzie, Paula Kay Payne (McKenzie), Adam Mullins and William Arthur (Bill).
In honor of Mary's love for dogs, especially her beloved rescue Daisy, the family requests that contributions be made to Ashland Animal Rescue Fund, P.O. Box 2061, Ashland, KY, 41105-2061 in lieu of flowers.
