She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Melvin and Helen Dunbar Madison. She is survived by: her children, Robert Perry, Eugene Hall III, Raymond Tyson II, Charlotte Arends and Trisha Tyson.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the East Carter Memory Gardens (1296 E Main St, Grayson, KY 41143).
