She is survived by: her mother Bertha Chaffin Nolte; her daughter Kimberly Ratliff (Greg) of Ashland, Kentucky; her granddaughters, Kristin Ratliff and Lauren Morman (Austin); her great grandchildren, Lily, Piper, Annie and Maddie; and her niece Beka May.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Maxine's memory to Community Hospice, 1480 Carter Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101.
