She is survived by: her wife Hope Smith; her children, Amiah Bullen and Davrick Pendleton; her siblings, Fred, Judy Dillon (Jerry) of Flatwoods, KY and Sally Conley (Michael) of Ashland, KY; and her siblings' children, Jacob Dillon (Miranda) of Flatwoods, KY, Charles Conley (Chrissy) of Ashland, KY, Ashley Conley (Johnathan) of Ashland, KY and Courtney Conley (Crickets) of Ashland, KY.
