It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Clifton (Ashland, Kentucky), born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on May 16, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Douglas Church. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Lavonne Sheets Clifton; his children, Gary Mathew Brown (Jennifer), Bethany Thackston (Marc) of Sciotoville, Lacy Stevenson (Terry) of Wheelersburg and Michelle Brown (Kyle Cooksey) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Matison Brown, MaKenzie Brown, Olyvia Stevenson, Grant Stevenson, Kaylee Thackston, Kymber Thackston, Kwynn Thackston, Kasyn Thackston, Logan Cooksey and Trenton Cooksey. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
