She is survived by: her children, Christopher Elliott of Ashland, Carla Phillips (Joe) of Ashland and Tina Addington of Ashland; her siblings, James Hampton of Wellington, Connie Stegall of Grayson and Stella Hampton of Sandy Hook; her grandchildren, Amy Leigh Addington, Lindsey Noelle Smith (Elijah) and Noah Bradley Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Christian Allen Huntsman, Levi Nathan Smith and Lucas Elijah Smith.
