She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Dailey; her husband Homer Ray Arthur; and her sister Eleanor Jean Owens Elbaroff. She is survived by: her children, Michael David Arthur of Ashland and Bethany Lynne Arthur of Spring Hill, Florida; her brother Michael Dailey Owens (Rhonda) of Ashland; and her granddaughter Bethany Renee Watson of Spring Hill, Florida. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
