She was predeceased by: her father Chester H. Sparks; and her husband Gene Howell. She is survived by: her children, Michael Howell (Kathy) of Cape Coral, Mark Alan Howell of Cape Coral and Cindy Lynn Howell of South Shore; her sisters, Sarah Burnett of Ashland, Linda Lou Sparks of Ashland and Cindy Sue Sparks of Ashland; her nephew Phillip M. Bell; her great-nephew Eli Sparks; and her great-niece Zoey Bell.
