He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey Zenith Wiley, Sr. and Laura Alice Nelson Wiley; his wife Kathleen Stephens Wiley; and his sisters, Lavere and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Ina Stephens of Ashland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great- and great-great-nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
