She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Smith. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Stone (Ronnie) of Catlettsburg, KY, Tonia Esque (Willie) of Huntington, WV, Billie Bullion of Ashland, KY and William Jack Smith of Ashland, KY; her stepchildren, Scotty Smith and Jerry Smith; her grandchildren, Brittany, Marlena, Patricia, Amber, Cecilee, Ashley, Haley and Jimbo; her close friend Zena; her stepson Vince Smith; and her grandsons, Shane and Nick. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
