She was predeceased by: her father Raymond W. Wellman; her husband James Milton Perkins; and her brother Ray Wellman. She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Kearns (Philip) of Wurtland, KY; her grandchildren, Lindsey Barnes (Brandon) of Catlettsburg, KY and Blake Blair (Jill) of Portsmouth, OH; her great grandchildren, Trent, Jake and Ember; her sister Iris Hurley of Flatwoods, KY; her sister-in-law Hazel Wellman of Catlettsburg, KY.; and her close friends, Sarah, Fran and Juanita. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
