She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Parks; her daughters, Kay Rose (Richard) of Idaho, Stephanie Dawn Markin (Aaron) of Ashland, KY and Dreama Green (Rodney) of Flatwoods, KY; and her brothers, Jim Lewis (Emily) of Flatwoods, KY, Wayne Lewis (Carol) of Richmond, KY, Steve Lewis of Flatwoods, KY and Danny Lewis (Sharon) of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
