She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Woodford and Ruby Evelyn Maze; her husband Ronald Lee Sublett; and her brothers, Gary Maze and Dennis Maze.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Reynolds (Robert III) of Ashland, Kentucky; her sister Linda Blair (Jack) of Bellefonte, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Clay Reynolds (Megan) and Ally Quillen (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Brixton Quillen and Lily Reynolds. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ashland Public Library or Community Hospice.
