She is survived by: her children, Kathy Moore of Catlettsburg, Lisa Maynard (Brookie) of Catlettsburg, Rob Moore (Ginny) of Florida, Jim Moore (Missy) of Ashland and Carole Johnson of Cincinnati. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
