He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Leake and Brooksie Meeks Leake; his wife Jeannine Meade Leake; his daughters, Sonia Leake Dent and Amy Leake Wilburn; and his brothers, Claude Leake and F. R. Leake.
He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Acuff (Aaron) of Ashland; his sister Sue Cleary of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Alyssa Coleman (Parker), Steven Ramey, Abigail Dent, Riley Jordan, Claire Jordan, Maverick McCullough, Ensign Benjamin Acuff and Max Acuff; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Coleman and Jojo Coleman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Paul's memory to Community Hospice, 1480 Carter Ave., Ashland, KY 41101.
