He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Peery Walters; his wife Vicki Walters; his daughter Morgan Elkins (Schyler) of Cattletsburg, Kentucky; his siblings, Tim Walters (Kathy) of Ashland, Philip Walters (Paula) of Ashland and Cynde Elkins (Randy) of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Destinee Elkins, Urijah Rowsey, Isabella Elkins, Harper Rowsey, Griffynn Rowsey and Alivia Elkins.
