He is survived by: his daughter Lyndsey Davis (Lucas) of Ashland, KY; his siblings, Ernest Porter Davis III of Raceland, KY, Raymond Daniel Davis (Sheri) of Bellefonte Heights, KY and Nancy Davis Crum of Bellefonte, KY; and his daughter Taylor Eden.
