He is survived by: his pets, Gypsy, Sassy and Shebe; his daughters, Jaime Neil of Lexington, KY, Stephanie Dean Morris (Adrian Rouse) of Bethesda, MD and Alicia McCollister (Joshua) of Lagrange, KY; his grandchildren, Sarah Neil, Samuel Phillip Rouse, Jameson McCollister, Phoebe Rouse and Adeline McCollister; and his daughters, Ashland and Georgette Carlisle.
The family request that in Lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Y.M.C.A. of Ashland.
