She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Bradley and Fern Dawson Bradley; her husband Ronald R. Rigsby; her grandson William Jarrod Wurts; and her siblings, Paul, Darrell Bradley and Pauline Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Kesling (Gary) and Randy Rigsby (Jackie) of Ashland; and her grandchildren, Caleb, Tyler, John, Chris and Josh Kesling.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Grayson, KY 41143).
