She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Sager and Georgia Wright Sager; her sister Merry Lynne Cunningham; and her sister-in-law Ruth Sager. She is survived by: her sons, Worthington Holland Slutz, III (Patricia) of Ft. Worth, TX, Ralph Judson Slutz of Ashland and Benjamin Keiser Slutz (Crystal) of Catlettsburg; her brothers, Ralph Sager of Huntington and David Sager (Sue) of Huntington; her nieces, Carrie Dowdy and Julie Cunningham; Anita, Darlene and Freda. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
