It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pollyanne Sager of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on August 12, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Sager and Georgia Wright Sager; her sister Merry Lynne Cunningham; and her sister-in-law Ruth Sager. She is survived by: her sons, Worthington Holland Slutz, III (Patricia) of Ft. Worth, TX, Ralph Judson Slutz of Ashland and Benjamin Keiser Slutz (Crystal) of Catlettsburg; her brothers, Ralph Sager of Huntington and David Sager (Sue) of Huntington; her nieces, Carrie Dowdy and Julie Cunningham; and her caregivers, Anita, Darlene and Freda. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
