He was predeceased by: his father William Allen; his siblings, Vernon Allen, Paul Allen, David Allen, Bill Allen, Verna Hahn, Helen Hughes, Maggie Bowling, Shirley Furman, Zella Prater, Mildred Hughes, Josh, Ronnie and Norma Allen; his son-in-law Shawn Rucker; and his sisters-in-law, Patty Lemaster and Linda Allen.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Morrison Allen; his children, Tony Allen (Kim) of Greenup and Angela Rucker of Ashland; his grandchildren, Jesse Rucker (Michelle), Dr. Austin Allen, Brittany Metheny (Joey) and Erin Allen (Corey Estes); his great grandchildren, John, Jordan, Kamden Metheny, Glynn, Charlotte Rucker and Peyton Estes; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Morrison of Ashland and Don Lemaster of Flatwoods. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
