He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lee Hensley and Linda Hanners Hensley. He is survived by: his daughters, Morgan McCoy Spillman (Kyle) of Ashland and Sara McCoy of Ashland; his grandchildren, Harper Spillman, Kaiden West, Everleigh Ray, Mayleigh Bowling, Zella Carroll and Declan Carroll; his sister Brenda Blair (Dwain) of Ashland; and his stepchildren, Meagan Tice (Derek Carroll) and Michael Tice.
