She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Parthea Katheryn Riffe Shaffer; her husband Dale Edward Watts; her sister Roberta Jo "Robbie" Shaffer Chaffin; her nephew Adam Hall; and her brother-in-law Danny Hall.
She is survived by: her sons, Jason Dale Watts of Ashland and Justin Ross Watts of Ashland; her grandchild Rylee Ann Watts; and her siblings, Bettye Salmon (Ron), Donna Hutchinson (Mike), Vivian Evans (Kenneth), Jeanie Frederick (Dan) and James "Bub" Shaffer. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
