She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Rosemary Smith. She is survived by: her friend Becky; her husband Martin Sterling Leake; her daughter Heather Seymour (Justin); her sister Susan Parsons (Gary); and her nephew Jason Parsons. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation in Becky's memory.
