He is survived by: his daughter Lezlie Bush Phillips (Mark); his stepdaughter Martha Lynn Bluebaum; his granddaughter Katherine Phillips Nicastro (Luke) of Virginia; his great grandchild Beatrice Noelle Nicastro; Brent, Lisa Busch and Bob.
