He is survived by: his wife Lana Davidson Elswick of Raceland; his sister Alfreda "Petie" England of Flatwoods, KY; his grandson Nathaniel "Nash" Elswick; and his sibling's children, Connie Jones of Rush, KY, Leesa Green (Phillip) of Rush, KY, Cindy Moore (Richard) of Rush, KY, Cathy Sizemore (Dwight) of Flatwoods, KY and Tim England (Tina) of Bellefonte, KY. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
