He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Edward and Ethyl Lawhon Rose; and his former wife Margaruiete Mathews Rose. He is survived by: his children, Robert Rose, Jr., Nancy Keyser, Anna Slone (Mike) and Darlene Osborne; and his siblings, Denver Rose, Myrte Jarrell and Ruth Wallace. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
