Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Rigsby Kazee; and his close friend Christopher Bostic "Kicker". He is survived by: his children, Christopher Mills and Rachel Mills of Farmington, AR; his father Thomas Kazee of Hollis, AK; his brother Rick Mills Jr. (Mary) of Ironton, OH; his niece Kynzlee Mills; and his nephew Jace Mills of Ironton, OH. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
