She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Stewart and Anna Marie Jones Stewart; and her brother Donald R. Stewart. She is survived by: her son Rusty Armstrong (Kelly) of Catlettsburg; her grandchildren, Madison Jenkins and Lexi Armstrong; her nieces and nephews, Lawren, Drew, Chris and Kim; her siblings-in-law, Allison-Armstrong Burch, Pat Stewart and Jim Armstrong (Jan); and her caregivers, Brittnie Schwartz, Whittney Handley, Jessica Sullivan, Amanda Jackson, Amber Holley, Rachel Hutchins, Teresa Kitchen and Tiffany Nethercutt.
