He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Withrow and Flossie Belle Morrison Withrow; his granddaughter Amanda Cumpton; and his siblings, Ersell Withrow (Ruth), John Withrow (Martha), Charles Withrow, William Withrow (Mary), Carl Withrow (Frita), Joseph Withrow, Don Withrow (Tracy), Lelen Withrow, Ronald Withrow, Chet Withrow (Rhonda), Helen Blair (Raymond), Sue Fryer (Eden) and Nancy Withrow.
He is survived by: his wife Fern McKenzie Withrow; his children, Brian Roger Withrow (Angelia), Braydon Tyler Withrow and Susan Renee Withrow Cumpton (Herb); and his grandchildren, Trevor Wheeler, Blake Wheeler, Brandon Cumpton, John Burns, Micah Burns Kishbaugh, Larry Kishbaugh, Leah Burns Jenkins (Zack), Josh Hill (Kristen), Jordan Hill (Jon), Haley Hill (Austin) and Robert Hill (Katelin).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Homes - 13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at the Rose Hill Burial Park (3801 13th St, Ashland, KY 41101).
