He is survived by: his wife Debra; his granddaughter Katie Justice of Ashland, Kentucky; his brothers, Eugene Abrams of Ashland, Chester Abrams of Ashland and Donnie Abrams (Carla) of Greenup, Kentucky; his nieces, Abbie and Addison; and his nephew Chad.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1941 Carter Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ashland Cemetery (1518 Belmont St, Ashland, KY 41101).
