He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jeston and Elizabeth Artrip Price; and his grandson Dakota Price. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hale Price; his children, James Price (Tammy) of Westwood, Steven "Travis" Price (Andrea) of Catlettsburg and Shari Fann (Richard) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Justin Pinkerton, Matthew Fann, Amber Floyd, Jessie Price, Kein Price and Ciera Price; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Pinkerton, Briana Pinkerton and Rylan Rogers. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic face mask and social distancing will be required.
