He is survived by: his wife Bettye Shaffer Salmon; his children, Keith Salmon (Lisa) of Ashland and Phoebe Adkins of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Ty Adkins, Adison Fitzgerald, Bray Adkins, Hunter Adkins and Emma Salmon. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
