She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Evans and Edna Evans of Carter Co; and her sister Jo Ann Irvine. She is survived by: her son Mark Evans Stinson of Flatwoods; and her grandchildren, Matthew, April, Evan and Charity Stinson.

In lieu of flowers Rosemary asks for donations to the Shelter of Hope, 2944 Winchester Ave, Ashland, Ky, 41101.
