He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Cline and Ada Adkins Cline; and his siblings, Phyllis Chalupa and Donald Cline. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Adkins Cline; his children, Lee Anne Justice (Greg), Robin Rice (Don) and Matthew Cline (Kelly); his grandchildren, Ricky Tyler Reeves (Jessica), Aaron Justice, Elizabeth Sammons (Dewayne) and Roy Michael Justice (Sumiati); his great grandchildren, Hanna Reeves and Keenan Justice; his niece Donna Cline Entsminger; and his close friends, Mark Hatifield (Susan) and Carol Estes.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
