He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Dale Adkins of Chillicothe, OH, Steve Adkins of Grayson, Morgan Adkins of Greenup, Louise Lewis of Lewis County, Janet Ward of Ashland and Esther Denney of Ashland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Wright's Funeral Home (1017 E Main St, Greenup, KY 41144). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
