She was predeceased by: her parents, Ova Diamond and Dove Martin Diamond; and her siblings, Jimmy Diamond and Wilma Chatterton. She is survived by: her husband Roy Roger Cook; her children, Marilyn Mayo (Gregory) of Ashland and David Roger Cook of Charlotte, NC; her granddaughter Laura Ann Wells (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Anderson Wells, Amelia Wells, Adeline Wells and Alden Wells; and her niece Carolyn Damron.
